Workflow between Script Supervisor and DIT/Editorial
The metadata files from post-production can be enriched with the additional metadata from the LockitScript app. For this to work, the clip count in the LockitScript app (column 'Name (LN)' (2) in the tab 'Clip Inspector' of the tools-website (tools.lockitnetwork.com)) and the clip count of the cameras on set (column 'Name (File)' (1) in the Clip Inspector) must match each other schematically.
'Generated name' according to your wishes with Production Service 👑
We can customise the 'Generated Name' column (3) for you. This name is then also displayed directly in the Editing Tool as a newly generated ClipName.
Script Supervisor
Check with the DIT/Editorial the real ClipName after rolling. In the LockitScript app at 'Edit Camera Type' (Camera Configuration: Click on a camera name in the 'Shooting Day' Tab (1)) you will always see a preview (2) of the clip count at the bottom (e.g. A001_C001).
Editorial
Check with the script supervisor. In the LockitScript app, the clip count for each camera can be adjusted to the clip count you are working with.
