- enter "🕒 Work Times" in the 'Report Input' tab to add all times about "Crew Call", "First Shot", "Wrap" and "End of Work" (1)
- you can add multiple "Breaks" by tapping the "+" (2)
- 📔Note: assign departments to them if necessary, enter break names and the time of the "First shot after break"
Departments section
- add the people count per department and the department working times
- fields to appear in the progress report must be activated by tapping the corresponding switch
- the "+" button creates a new department
- go to Settings ("⚙️"-Icon) (3) > Departments to reorder or create your departments (4)
- the order of the departments (with crew count and working time) can be changed by drag & drop, on the right of each list item you see the "☰"-Icon, hold this icon and then drop the item to the desired position
