The LockitScript app shows no internet connection (grey cloud in the top right corner)? But you have full connectivity and apps like Safari and Email are working?
It's probably because the app doesn't have permission for 'Mobile Data'.
To check this go into the iPad 'Settings' > 'Mobile Data':
- 'Mobile Data' should be enabled at the top.
- In the app list 'MOBILE DATA' below the app 'LockitScript' should also be enabled.
