Lockit Network is a cloud-based system. All added or edited information and data in the LockitScript App or the LockitNetwork Tools Website is synchronized via the cloud.
Your iPad creates a copy of all data in the cloud when you are connected with the internet.
Vice versa: If data in the cloud has changed, it is NOT automatically downloaded to the iPad.
So, if you want to have the information that was added via the Tools Website or other project iPads, you have to download this data manually.
To import changes there are 2 options: click on the synchronisation cloud in the upper right corner to import changes or "reload Project from Cloud" in case there is a bigger amount of new data available or we fixed something in the database for example.
In case our support team contacts you to reload the project, please follow these steps:
- your cloud symbol has to be green (1) in the LockitScript App beforehand
- go to Settings (⚙️) (2) in the upper right corner > choose "Project" (3) on the side menu
- tap “Reload Project from Cloud” (4) at the bottom of the screen
